Photo Submission Rules

All photographs submitted to the Flower Photo Club must be original works created by the uploading member. By participating you certify that you own full copyright and that no recognizable people or commercial trademarks appear without a signed release. Images must be flower‑themed, saved in JPG or PNG format, and kept under 5 MB so pages load quickly for all viewers. Basic edits—exposure, color, cropping—are encouraged, but AI‑generated elements and heavy compositing are not allowed unless a future challenge explicitly states otherwise.

We strive for a supportive atmosphere. Constructive feedback is welcomed; personal attacks or offensive remarks are grounds for removal. Monthly contests open on the 1st and close at 11:59 p.m. EST on the 25th. Winners are chosen by community vote; ties trigger a 24‑hour runoff poll. By entering you grant the club permission to feature your photo—crediting you—on our website, newsletter, and social feeds. You may request removal at any time via email.
